CONSULTING IN CIVIL AND CRIMINAL
he consultant psychologist at the request of a judge, a prosecutor or a lawyer (in the case of the advisory part), can perform a Customer rating implicated in a criminal or civil proceedings, through meetings and special tests, in order to draw a survey aimed at assessing any psychopathology and neuropsychological relevant to the judicial assessment.
The main application areas are:
– in the criminal context: eligibility, ability, social dangerousness, criminal capacity, conscious participation in the process);
